Installation and Calibration Expertise
March 14, 2003 – Home electronics installation
students will receive hands-on training of the
latest CRT front projection technology, thanks
to Crystal View’s sponsorship of Media
Dynamics' custom home theater installation
training programs.
Crystal View recently provided Media Dynamics
with a Crystal View 2 CRT projector for each
of their Arizona and Toronto facilities. The
CV 2 projector, which features 8-inch CRTs, is
capable of fully resolving high definition
signals such as 1080i and 720p. Each CV 2 has
a suggested list price of $45,000.
According to Crystal View President Gary
Guidi, ”When set-up properly, a CRT projector
is still the best way to view video. However,
attaining these desired results can take some
work. A few missed steps in the set-up process
can lead to less than spectacular video
images.”
Using Crystal View’s state-of-the-art front
projection systems, the students at Media
Dynamics will receive comprehensive training
on installation, calibration, and
troubleshooting of CRT projection technology.
