HI-REZ PROJECTIONS, INC. LAUNCHES NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PARTS PROGRAM

Provides Immediate Access To Technical Support And Repair Parts Inventory

Ashland, MA - HI-REZ Projections, Inc. today announced the launch of a brand-new service program designed to streamline the entire troubleshooting, repair and parts ordering processes for CRT and single lens projectors, plasma displays and DVD players.

The new program enables audio/video dealers and installation companies to access HI-REZ’s new telephone and internet-based service and parts departments. Once registered, dealers can directly telephone HI-REZ technicians and receive priority troubleshooting and diagnostic support -- without having to wait for a callback.

According to President Gary Guidi, “HI-REZ Projections has been reconditioning complex video projection systems for over ten years. With our new program, dealers can either call or email us and describe the problem that their customer’s projection or plasma system is exhibiting. With our intimate working knowledge of the various technologies and vast parts inventory, we can troubleshoot and diagnose the problem and ship replacement parts -- often within 24 hours.”

If the dealer already knows what parts are required and wishes to service the unit themselves, they can order directly from the HI-REZ website. Readily available is a vast supply of single lens and CRT projection systems and plasma display replacement parts such as lamps, power supplies, and circuit boards -- for most manufacturers’ products. Registered dealers also automatically qualify for consistent discounts on replacement parts.

If the dealer doesn’t want to personally take on the repair, they can ship the unit directly to HI-REZ. Servicing can often be achieved within one week. Repair service status can be checked at any time by visiting the website and keying in a required logon password and applicable return authorization number.

Guidi furthered, “We expedite the repair as quickly as possible because we know that customers don’t want to be without their entertainment system. And due to our technical ability to perform component level repairs, we can often save them time and money.”

HI-REZ can also send one of their ISF-certified technicians anywhere in the Continental US to perform onsite set-up or repair of a front/rear projection or plasma system.
