The Crystal View 1 has the world's most advanced optical projection system. Employing three fluid-coupled lens/CRT assemblies, the Crystal View 1 delivers a contrast ratio of over 10,000 to 1, displaying the most absolute levels of black and white and exceptional detail, at all brightness levels. The Crystal View 2 and 3, with liquid-cooled CRTs and air-coupled lenses, deliver over five times the contrast ratio of even the best single lens projector available today.

COLOR ACCURACY...

All Crystal View CRT projectors incorporate complete "gamma" correction. This provides perfect color balance and rich natural color at all brightness levels.

>> True Scheimphlug (top-to-bottom and left-to-right) lens adjustments ensure perfect focus to every point on your projection screen.

>> Electronic geometry controls to adjust picture size, linearity, aspect ratio, and shape, for a distortion-free on-screen image. Models 1 and 2 add separate top/bottom and left/right control of several parameters for even finer image adjustment control.

>> Multi-zone adjustable contrast modulation to ensure equal image brightness from the center to every edge and corner of your screen.

>> Easy to operate, 45-zone, computer-controlled and memorized convergence settings assure perfect convergence of the 3 colors at all points on the screen, which totally eliminates any visible color fringing.

>> A front-mounted automatic convergence system, standard on the Crystal View 1 and optional on models 2 and 3, can perform complete convergence alignment in less than three minutes.

>> A built-in professional-grade pattern generator supplies crosshatches, dots, stepped gray-scale, and white field totally eliminates any visible color fringing.
